Fear and injury will not hold you back from living your life with purpose. I want you to experience relief and rediscover your body’s capacity to heal and move.
I know what it’s like to feel held back by an injury or diagnosis. I was born with a hyper-mobility disorder called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, which makes me super bendy, and prone to physical injuries. I’ve struggled with multiple shoulder dislocations, neck injuries and back pain.
Certain activities like yoga, backpacking and hiking can sometimes feel strenuous and painful for me. In seeking further relief, I discovered physical therapy, fascial stretch therapy, myofascial release and myofascial decompression.
These interventions help ease my pain and tension, so I can get back to the mountains and movements that ground me.
I acquired my doctorate in physical therapy, and have taken a multitude of manual specialty coursework to best serve individuals like you. It is my passion to share these healing techniques with you.

Michaelangelo is a licensed massage therapist with over 15 years of experience helping people move better, feel better, and reconnect with their bodies.
He completed a 1,400-hour clinical training program in Hudson, New York, earning a Degree in Applied Science. For the past decade, he practiced at the Ojai Valley Inn, where he became one of the most requested therapists, known for his grounded presence and deeply effective hands-on work.
Michaelangelo specializes in therapeutic massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release, and Fascial Stretch Therapy. His sessions combine skilled bodywork with assisted stretching to relieve tension, restore mobility, and support long-term physical well-being.
